Our on-call support means that if you have AV service issues that cannot be solved remotely, we’ll send a team of two or more technicians out to you quickly to address and resolve your issues.

With UTG’s on-site support, a member of UTG works full-time on-site to service all of your AV in your workspace.
This is a UTG employee that we manage so that you don’t have to. They are fully-dedicated to your AV support and working with you on-site daily.
3. Remote Monitoring & Control
UTG will remotely monitor your AV from anywhere across the globe.
Our real-time monitoring allows us to get instant notifications of any issues with your AV equipment and the ability to troubleshoot most issues on the spot, even before they have a chance to negatively affect your operations.
4. Customer Care Center
UTG will operate as your main support call line for all AV service.
Operational 24 hours per day, 5 days each week, call for AV support any time to speak to an expert AV technician who is familiar with your setup to resolve issues quickly.
