Ultimate Technologies Group (UTG) has once again been recognized as one of the Best Places to Work in Indiana by the Indiana Chamber of Commerce—marking the seventh consecutive year the company has earned this distinction.
The honor reflects UTG’s unwavering commitment to creating a workplace where people thrive, grow, and feel genuinely valued. From fostering a culture of innovation to prioritizing employee wellbeing, UTG continues to set the standard for what it means to be a people-first organization.
“At UTG, culture isn’t a buzzword—it’s the backbone of everything we do,” said Will O’Brien, CEO of Ultimate Technologies Group. “Being named one of Indiana’s Best Places to Work for the seventh year in a row is a tremendous honor, and it speaks to the talent, heart, and dedication of our entire team. We’ve built something special here, and we’re just getting started.”

As the company continues to grow both locally and nationally, UTG remains focused on the same foundational principles that got it here: trust, transparency, and an unrelenting drive to create an effortless customer experience.
About Best Places to Work in Indiana
Each year, companies from across Indiana participate in a comprehensive evaluation process to determine the state’s Best Places to Work. The selection involves a two-part assessment: first, a review of company practices, culture, policies, and demographics; second, a confidential survey completed by employees that captures honest feedback about their day-to-day experience.
The results from both parts are combined to create a holistic view of each organization, with final rankings determined by Workforce Research Group, the independent firm responsible for managing the process and analyzing the data.
Organizations are honored across five categories based on employee count—from small teams of 15 to major enterprises with over 1,000 U.S. employees. Eligibility is open to Indiana-based companies as well as national firms with a significant in-state presence.
